The role requires preparing and baking a wide assortment of pastries by accurately following standardized recipes and production guidelines. Food safety and sanitation are paramount, and you will be expected to adhere rigorously to these practices, including proper storage and sanitizing of work areas and utensils. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and safety guidelines
  • Certification in food safety required or willingness to obtain
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking
  • Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms as required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proven understanding of baking practices and food safety protocols
  • Certification or ability to obtain certification in food safety
