Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in baking or pastry preparation
  • Ability to maintain sanitation and food safety standards
  • Good English communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Passion for cooking and attention to detail

  • At least 1 year of experience as a pastry cook or baker

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and desserts from scratch following recipes
  • Complete prep list and efficiently manage station during shifts
  • Portion products accurately and maintain high-quality plate presentation
  • Follow all sanitization and food handling standards
  • Keep work station clean and organized
  • Stock food items as needed
  • Adhere to consistency and quality standards
