Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in baking or pastry preparation
- Ability to maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Good English communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- Passion for cooking and attention to detail

- At least 1 year of experience as a pastry cook or baker
- Passion for cooking and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and desserts from scratch following recipes
- Complete prep list and efficiently manage station during shifts
- Portion products accurately and maintain high-quality plate presentation
- Follow all sanitization and food handling standards
- Keep work station clean and organized
- Stock food items as needed
- Adhere to consistency and quality standards
