Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipes
- Complete prep lists and efficiently run your station during shifts
- Follow all specifications and stock food as needed
- Portion baked products and ensure attractive plate presentation
- Maintain clean and organized work station
- Follow sanitization and food handling standards
- Ensure consistent quality and taste of baked products
