Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of baking or pastry cooking experience
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare delicious Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent results
- Complete prep list, efficiently run station during the shift, follow all specs, and stock food as needed
- Portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation looks great
- Follow sanitization standards, keep workstation clean and organized, follow all food handling standards
- Maintain efficiency and teamwork during peak hours
