Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of baking or pastry cooking experience
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Love to cook and have an eye for detail when it comes to consistency
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
  • Good English communication skills
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare delicious Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent results
  • Complete prep list, efficiently run station during the shift, follow all specs, and stock food as needed
  • Portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation looks great
  • Follow sanitization standards, keep workstation clean and organized, follow all food handling standards
  • Maintain efficiency and teamwork during peak hours
