Job Duties
- prepare Italian breads pastries puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipes
- complete prep list and efficiently run station during shifts
- portion baked products accurately and ensure great plate presentation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- adhere to sanitization and food handling standards
