Job Duties
- prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, pastry techniques and standards to fulfill guests' orders
- respond to the Chef/Manager on duty
- maintain a clean and organized workstation while preparing desserts
- perform frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching
- lift items up to 50 pounds to waist level
- frequently lift, move and carry up to 80 pounds
- remain standing and active for a 6-8-hour shift
- safely use cleaning agents
