Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to remain standing for the entire length of the shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions
- previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
- ability to work as a team player, follow procedures, and take directions

Job Duties
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
- keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
- utilize kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens to prepare food items
- ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
