Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in pastry cooking or baking preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work early mornings weekends and holidays as required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Create high-quality baked goods by preparing and baking pastries breads rolls and desserts following designated recipes and quality standards
- Present food items with care by arranging and displaying baked goods according to specifications ensuring an appealing presentation
- Manage pastry inventory by ensuring proper storage refrigeration and organization of all pastry products while preparing daily requisitions for supplies and food items
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by keeping designated food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling storage and safety protocols
- Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
