The current employment opportunity is for a full-time Culinary Associate position at Sheraton Dallas Hotel. This role is non-management and is designed for individuals eager to develop their culinary skills and advance their careers in food and beverage production. The Sheraton Dallas Hotel has partnered with the Rouxbe Cooking School to provide culinary associates with access to engaging, self-paced, online culinary training programs. Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards
  • Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
  • Safely use baking and measuring tools and equipment
  • Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and personal hygiene
  • Check and maintain correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, report issues
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area, set-up and break down work station, comply with sanitation procedures
  • Monitor quality of food prepared and portions served throughout shift
