Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions
  • Capacity to work full time hours, Monday through Friday, day shift

Job Qualifications

  • Beneficial to have 1-2 years pastry experience
  • Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions
  • Capacity to work full time hours, Monday through Friday, day shift

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes, portion sizes and to a quality standards
  • Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
  • Ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
