The Pastry Cook is expected to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring that food preparation processes are efficient while minimizing waste and maximizing the cost-to-production ratio. Key responsibilities include preparing and displaying buffet items according to brand standards, working banquet food stations as needed, and maintaining kitchen line efficiency during operating hours. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols, including proper use of fire extinguishing equipment and compliance with certification requirements like Food Handlers and Safety.   • Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times

  • complete necessary food and station preparations prior to restaurant opening
