Job Requirements

- one plus year of pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail

- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- prepare a variety of pastries, plated desserts, breads, and components according to standardized recipes
- assist in menu development, seasonal dessert features, and daily prep
- ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning
- maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked pastry and prep stations
- follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols at all times
- work closely with the back of house team to support service and special events
