With a strong emphasis on employee pride in craftsmanship, creativity, and work ethic, Hai Hospitality provides an enriching work environment where team members can thrive and contribute to memorable guest experiences. Known for cultivating a workplace where employees feel valued and motivated, the company fosters growth and supports long-term career development within the organization. Hai Hospitality places a high priority on diversity and inclusion, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all staff members. Moreover, for their Arizona and Florida locations, the company complies with E-Verify, affirming their legal commitment to hiring practices that respect workers' rights.

The position of Pastry Cook at Hai Hospitality offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital member of the kitchen team, directly impacting the dining experience through exceptional dessert production. The role primarily involves preparing a variety of pastries and desserts that complement the dinner service, involving skills such as baking, sauce creation, chocolate work, and other intricate culinary techniques focused on sweets. This is a morning to mid-afternoon shift from approximately 7am to 3pm, ideal for candidates seeking a schedule that allows for afternoons off. The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $20 depending on experience, reflecting the organization’s commitment to fair compensation.

As a Pastry Cook, you will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure all dessert items meet the high standards of Hai Hospitality’s unique dining concepts. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and an ability to work well in a high-paced environment. The ideal candidate has prior pastry production experience, which we highly prefer, but also a passion for learning and contributing creatively in a team-driven kitchen. Employees are encouraged to grow professionally within the company, given Hai Hospitality’s strong preference for internal promotion. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and accident insurance options, access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program with mental health services, employer-matched 401k savings, and dining discounts to enrich your overall job satisfaction. Joining Hai Hospitality means joining a community that prioritizes your development, well-being, and pride in your culinary craft.
