- Prior fine dining experience
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills including presentation techniques
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to work single station in the kitchen

- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts for fine dining and banquet services
