Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous pastry experience
- Prior fine dining experience
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills including presentation techniques
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to work single station in the kitchen
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Full-time availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts for fine dining and banquet services
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in all pastry items
- Assist in preparing afternoon teas, buffets, and plated dessert services
- Follow recipes and adapt preparations as needed for different events and guest requirements
- Operate kitchen stations independently and support team members during peak hours
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pastry station throughout the shift
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
