Job Description
Aramark, a company rooted in service and united by its purpose, is seeking a Chef Manager to join their team. The Chef Manager will report to the General Manager and play a crucial role in team development, culinary expertise, safety protocols, and client relations. The position involves focusing on meeting budget requirements and executing company-delivered programs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive pastry experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or executive role
- formal training from an accredited culinary or pastry arts program preferred
- strong portfolio demonstrating artistic flair, technical mastery, and innovative design
- proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- experience in university or institutional foodservice operations a plus.
