Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive pastry experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or executive role
  • formal training from an accredited culinary or pastry arts program preferred
  • strong portfolio demonstrating artistic flair, technical mastery, and innovative design
  • proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • experience in university or institutional foodservice operations a plus.
