Job Description

This role is for a Pastry Cook responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality desserts and baked goods for events in a fast-paced environment. The position involves interacting directly with guests and maintaining excellent attendance for event-based schedules. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $25.00 to $27.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles include a 401(k) Savings Plan and matching. The position deadline is August 8, 2025.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year pastry experience in a high-volume kitchen, hotel, or catering environment
  • Culinary degree or pastry certification preferred but not required
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, noons, and evenings on an on-call/event-based schedule
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Must obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Card from ServeSafe and other required compliance trainings
  • Effective teamwork in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
