Job Requirements
- 3+ years of pastry chef or pastry sous chef experience
- Experience in upscale full-service restaurant or high-end bakery
- Volume experience of 5 million or higher
- Strong foundation in classical and modern pastry techniques including bread
- Creative, organized, and highly detail-oriented
- Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continual innovation

Job Duties
- Design and execute dessert menus that align with the restaurant's culinary style
- Lead pastry production from plated desserts to breads, doughs, and confections
- Collaborate closely with Executive Chefs and GMs to develop seasonal offerings
- Manage ordering, inventory, costing, and production schedules
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and high standards in the pastry kitchen
- Train, mentor, and supervise the pastry team and support staff
- Contribute to special events, tasting menus, and holiday offerings
