These offerings empower guests to live healthier and more fulfilling lives. Rooted in this rich legacy, the company continues to set unparalleled standards in wellness hospitality by fostering an environment that promotes holistic health and rejuvenation.
Canyon Ranch is now embarking on an exciting new chapter with the upcoming launch of Canyon Ranch Austin in October 2026. This newest wellness destination is perfectly nestled in the picturesque Texas Hill Country, designed to offer guests an unmatched connection with nature, adventure, restoration, and personal growth. Building on the success of previous locations in Tucson, Lenox, and Las Vegas, the Austin location promises a fresh and innovative approach to wellness hospitality. It is a vibrant, dynamic opportunity for exceptional talent to contribute to shaping the future of the wellness industry.
The role at Canyon Ranch Austin is centered on contributing to a wellness-focused culinary experience, specifically within the pastry department. Employees joining the founding team will play a critical role in delivering exquisite pastries, desserts, and baked goods that align with Canyon Ranch's unique nutrition philosophy and presentation standards. The company emphasizes quality, consistency, and wellness in every bite, aiming to provide not only delightful flavors but also health-conscious culinary offerings. In addition to preparing and presenting exceptional desserts, the role involves innovating seasonal recipes that reflect wellness principles, maintaining recipe accuracy and documentation, and leading pastry operations to ensure timely delivery.
Beyond culinary craftsmanship, team members will be instrumental in training and mentoring pastry cooks and culinary staff, ensuring high standards of execution. The position requires a deep commitment to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety, adhering to ServSafe guidelines and Canyon Ranch operational procedures. The role is perfect for someone who combines creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail with a passion for wellness and hospitality excellence. Being part of Canyon Ranch Austin provides an unparalleled platform to make a meaningful impact on guests' lives, contributing to a forward-thinking wellness destination that truly values health and personal growth. Employment is full-time onsite in Spicewood, TX, beginning September 14, 2026, with recruitment already underway and anticipated start dates in Fall 2026. This position offers not merely a job, but a chance to be part of a globally recognized leader in wellness hospitality, renowned by the Michelin Guide 2025 for its outstanding service and commitment to excellence.
