Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant culinary training or certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in pastry production preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
- Availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or similar role in luxury hospitality
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
