Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • degree or certification in baking/pastry preferred
  • 5 years of experience in volume production of baked goods and pastries
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • strong oral communication skills and customer/client orientation
  • detail-oriented with excellent attentiveness and organizational skills
  • design expertise in creating visually appealing desserts
  • ability to understand and follow directions accurately
  • effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
