Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- degree or certification in baking/pastry preferred
- 5 years of experience in volume production of baked goods and pastries
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- strong oral communication skills and customer/client orientation
- detail-oriented with excellent attentiveness and organizational skills
- design expertise in creating visually appealing desserts
- ability to understand and follow directions accurately
- effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
