Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Cook in a fine dining or upscale casual environment
- strong background in plated desserts, doughs, custards, baking, and contemporary presentation
- excellent time management skills
- ability to work independently or within a high-paced kitchen team
- creativity and adaptability
- desire to evolve and push boundaries
- familiarity with Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or French pastry styles is a plus
- ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred

Job Duties
- Design and execute a seasonal, creative dessert menu tailored to each restaurant's identity
- lead pastry production for dinner service, brunch, and special events (private dining, tastings, holidays)
- collaborate with culinary directors, chefs, and GMs to develop desserts that reflect each concept's story
- manage ordering, inventory, prep lists, and cleanliness of pastry stations
- train and inspire pastry assistants or cross-trained line cooks on execution and presentation
- maintain high standards for quality, consistency, and plating aesthetics
