Job Requirements
- Degree or certification in culinary arts, baking and pastry, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years pastry experience in a full-service hotel, upscale restaurant, or bakery required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Must comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Must have strong leadership and organizational skills
