The Pasta Cook role at California Pizza Kitchen is critical to delivering the high-quality food experience that guests expect. As a Pasta Cook, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in food preparation and sanitation. This role requires timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items, supporting line check processes, and completing prep par sheets during each shift. You will be expected to prepare all necessary items for your station and practice safe handling of all kitchen tools and equipment.

In addition to cooking duties, Pasta Cooks ensure that equipment temperatures are maintained properly and perform station opening, closing, and side work tasks each shift. This position requires someone who can work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team, upholding CPK's values and delivering an outstanding culinary experience. Candidates should have three to six months of related experience or training, a passion for food, and an adventurous spirit.
