Job Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with at least 1 year at the same company involving phone or door-to-door sales experience
- Thrives in a combination of remote and in-office sale environment
- High volume outbound dialer
- Comfortable on a performance-based commission structure
- Money motivated with a desire to make over six figures

- Experience in one-call close and 24-hour sales cycle preferred
- Experience in intangible or luxury product sales desired, including dating services, high-end retail, travel, or med-spa industries
Job Duties
- Conduct dynamic sales calls with potential and previous clients 70 to 80 calls per day
- Evaluate, interview clients, and enroll new clients through a consultative sales process
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage clients' dating experience through matching and feedback
- Collaborate with Client Advisors who provide concierge-level day-to-day service to clients
