The company has built its reputation around delivering quality food, engaging entertainment, and creating lifelong memories where fun is naturally integrated into every aspect of the guest experience. With over 120 locations spanning 45 states and 18 countries, Peter Piper Pizza aims to bring families and communities together daily through great food and exciting activities. The brand's culture embodies core values of food, fun, and family, with a strong commitment to making every guest visit memorable and enjoyable.
Peter Piper Pizza is currently hiring for the position of Party Host, a role centered around enhancing the fun and excitement of birthday parties and group events. Party Hosts play a vital role in preparing the party area by arranging tables and decorations, managing incoming orders, attending to guests' needs, and ensuring that the birthday child enjoys a memorable celebration. This role offers an energetic, fast-paced work environment where teamwork and dedication are essential to ensuring every guest leaves happy.
As a Party Host, team members will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including guest service, food preparation, and cash handling. Peter Piper Pizza values career development and internal growth, with a significant portion of its management team having been promoted from within, highlighting the company's investment in its employees' success. Additionally, the company offers an innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which allows employees to access their earned wages promptly without waiting for traditional pay cycles. This benefit demonstrates the company's commitment to supporting its team members’ financial well-being.
The role entails responsibilities such as interacting directly with guests to receive orders and resolve any issues, preparing food products to customer specifications, maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards, supporting inventory tasks like unloading and stocking products, and operating cash registers or point-of-sale terminals as needed. The position is open to individuals aged 15 and older who are eligible to work in the United States, making it an excellent opportunity for young people seeking part-time employment in a fun and supportive environment.
Working at Peter Piper Pizza not only offers practical experience but also comes with a comprehensive benefits package available to all employees, including access to telemedicine, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and scholarships for further education. Part-time employees may opt into medical, dental, vision, and voluntary insurance benefits, while full-time employees working an average of 29.5 hours per week or more are eligible for extensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation and sick time, holidays, and additional financial and legal support benefits.
Safety and health remain top priorities at Peter Piper Pizza. The company enforces rigorous health and sanitation standards that meet or exceed local requirements to protect both guests and employees. Furthermore, the company fosters an inclusive and diverse culture, championing equal opportunity and welcoming individuals from various backgrounds, supporting everyone to perform their best regardless of personal characteristics or disabilities.
In summary, the Party Host position at Peter Piper Pizza provides a dynamic and supportive work environment where employees can contribute to creating joyful experiences for families. It offers valuable growth opportunities and an attractive benefits package designed to support overall employee well-being. Those who join the team become part of a respected brand dedicated to fun, quality food, and community connection.
