The role of Party Host at Chuck E. Cheese is an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking to engage with families and create memorable birthday celebrations. Additionally, employees can benefit from the company's unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that accelerates wage payments. Commission opportunities also exist for both exempt and non-exempt employees, enhancing earning potential based on membership and Fun Pass sales. Party Hosts should be capable of handling physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and performing various movements including standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. The work environment includes exposure to flashing and flickering lights, mechanical parts in motion, and loud noises, calling for individuals who can manage job stress effectively and interact well with both guests and team members.

Full-time employees who work 29.5 or more hours per week gain eligibility for extensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays where applicable, FSA/HSA options, life and disability insurance, legal coverage, and additional education and student loan support. CEC also complies fully with state and local labor laws including paid sick leave provisions.
