Recognized for its commitment to innovation and employee well-being, Chuck E. Cheese earned the "Best in STEM" award in 2025 and was named one of America's Greatest Workplaces. The company offers its employees a comprehensive benefits package, robust training, career advancement opportunities, and a vibrant work environment focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Party Host role at Chuck E. Cheese invites energetic individuals to become heroes of the party, transforming celebrations into unforgettable events. Compensation for this hourly role ranges from $15.00 to $16.00, with additional commission potential for memberships and Fun Pass sales, paid out bi-weekly, depending on exempt or non-exempt status. The role also features an innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, giving employees access to earned wages without waiting for their regular paycheck. Party Hosts can expect a physically active work environment requiring the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and perform various movements like standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. CEC Entertainment values safety and health highly, maintaining rigorous sanitation standards that meet or exceed local regulations. The company provides paid sick leave and other state and local mandated benefits, offering reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
