Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
able to work in an environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises

Job Duties

Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
take orders and attend to guests during the party
ensure the birthday child has a memorable and enjoyable celebration
facilitate activities and games to engage party guests
maintain cleanliness and organization of the party space during and after events
assist with guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
coordinate with team members to deliver a seamless party experience
