Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries, CEC Entertainment is dedicated to creating joyful, lasting memories through fun, food, and play. The company celebrates over half a million birthdays annually, positioning itself as the place "Where a Kid Can Be a Kid®." CEC Entertainment fosters a culture of diversity, inclusion, and fun, uniting families through engaging entertainment and quality food. Peter Piper Pizza offers a neighborhood pizzeria experience that integrates amusement and connection, supporting physical wellness and motor skill development for children. The company’s tagline, “The Fun is Baked In,” underscores their approach to creating experiences that bring communities together daily.

This position is ideal for first-time job seekers and those looking to build a dynamic career in hospitality and entertainment. Party Hosts benefit from cross-training in various positions, empowering them with skills and opportunities for advancement, as over 60% of managers at CEC have been promoted from within.

The position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $16.90 to $17.90, alongside a commission program for selling memberships and Fun Passes, potentially increasing overall earnings. The company’s innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program allows employees quicker access to earned wages, enhancing financial flexibility. The work environment is energetic and requires physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and interacting effectively with guests and coworkers amid lively, sometimes noisy surroundings.

CEC Entertainment supports its employees comprehensively by providing benefits tailored to part-time and full-time status. Benefits include access to telemedicine, early wage access, 401(k) retirement plans, meal discounts, employee assistance programs, tuition savings, scholarships, financial relief resources, and options for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage. The company also complies with state and local laws regarding paid sick leave and other statutory benefits.

CEC Entertainment is committed to equal employment opportunities and values diversity in its workforce. They encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply and provide reasonable accommodations to ensure an inclusive workplace. The company continually invests in employee health and safety, maintaining rigorous health and sanitation standards designed to protect staff and guests.
