Compensation for Party Hosts starts at $16.90 to $17.90 per hour with commission opportunities varying based on employment status. Exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold, and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold. Non-exempt employees have potential commissions from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Additionally, CEC offers the innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access earned wages promptly, reducing the wait time between paychecks.

CEC also complies with state and local paid sick leave laws as required.
