CEC Entertainment is currently hiring Party Hosts, who play a crucial role in ensuring that every event hosted is fun and memorable. The Party Host role involves preparing party areas, setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and making sure the birthday child and guests have a fantastic time. This role requires an energetic and enthusiastic personality combined with excellent customer service skills. Party Hosts are essential front-line team members who help create a welcoming and exciting environment for families and children.
Outlined compensation for this role ranges between $17.00 and $18.00 hourly, with added commission opportunities for selling memberships and Fun Passes. Commission structures differ based on employment type—exempt or non-exempt—with additional commission incentives paid out bi-weekly. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as stand, bend, kneel, and be active throughout the shift. The work environment can include flashing lights, loud noises, and moving mechanical parts, making it a stimulating and dynamic place to work.
