- previous experience in party coordination or customer service preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- outgoing and personable
- ability to resolve conflicts effectively

Job Duties
- manage the entire birthday party department
- serve as the first point of contact for guests
- design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- train and mentor party staff members
- oversee daily party operations
- ensure adherence to party management system
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
