The incumbent must comply with state and local health and safety regulations, assisting with various duties as instructed by the Sous Chef. This is an ideal position for individuals who are passionate about culinary arts and eager to grow within a premier hospitality organization. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, and obtaining ServSafe Certification is strongly encouraged.
