Job Requirements

  • previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
  • ability to lift 30-50 lbs
  • ability to stand, sit for long periods, walk, and occasionally climb
  • ability to handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages
  • ability to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods
  • ability to navigate building premises quickly and efficiently
  • ability to detect auditory and visual emergency alarms
