Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium tier customer support
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to provide unscripted and personalized solutions
  • proficiency with phone and chat support channels
  • critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including potential weekends
  • local candidate based in Green Bay, WI
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Provide rapid, unscripted, and highly personalized support to Walmart Plus members via direct phone and priority chat channels
  • anticipate member needs before they arise by proactively managing accounts and monitoring high-value grocery deliveries
  • preemptively contact members regarding logistical delays and offer immediate, generous solutions
  • serve as an expert on all Walmart Plus benefits including fuel rewards, Paramount Plus streaming integrations, and early-access sales
  • educate members on how to maximize their Walmart Plus subscriptions
  • gather valuable feedback from premium members and synthesize it into actionable reports for corporate strategy
  • maintain a polished and professional communication style while resolving complex inquiries with elegance and speed
