This role also includes providing directions to local amenities such as parks, restaurants, and airports, enhancing residents' overall experience.

Additional duties include coordinating taxi or limo services for residents when necessary, exhibiting a positive and professional attitude in line with company policies, and assisting with various community needs such as handling packages, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting concierge services during busy periods. The role requires participation in property upkeep, including snow shoveling, ice melt application, trash removal, dog walking, and managing temporary walk-off mats during adverse weather conditions. This diverse range of responsibilities highlights the pivotal role the Valet Associate plays in maintaining the community’s smooth operation and resident satisfaction.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a willingness to engage proactively with residents and guests. The Valet Associate must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as outlined by both the Association and the company’s policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those seeking a career in property or hospitality services, combining physical activity with interpersonal interaction to create a highly engaging work environment.
