Job Requirements

have a smartphone
ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
ability to carry up to 30 lbs
possess or have access to an open bed pickup truck
willingness to work night shifts starting at 7 pm
ability to work part-time
ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to operate a smartphone for documentation
strong work ethic and self-motivation
good physical fitness for walking and carrying up to 30 lbs
reliable and punctual
ability to work independently during night shifts

Job Duties

collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to dumpsters
document collections by taking and emailing pictures for daily reports
use personal protective equipment to ensure safety
perform physical activity including walking stairs and carrying bags up to 30 lbs
represent the company professionally in all interactions
work independently during night shifts starting at 7 pm
contribute to maintaining cleaner communities and resident satisfaction
