The organization strongly believes in teamwork, collaboration, and empowerment, emphasizing the philosophy known as "The Power of Us: Together." This approach reflects their commitment to walking alongside their members at every step of their financial journey, offering expert guidance and personalized solutions.

The position offers up to 29 hours per week, allowing for a flexible schedule that balances work and personal life.

Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $20, depending on qualifications and prior experience in banking or credit unions, with a generous incentive program on top of the base pay. This role includes comprehensive training, including two weeks of paid training in Battle Creek, Michigan, to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to excel. You will be joining a place where your positive attitude, professionalism, and dependability are valued and where your expertise will help members win with their finances. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with up to a 9 percent employer match, tuition reimbursement commencing after one year of employment, telehealth services, and an employee assistance program, among others. Additionally, paid sick time, paid time off, parental leave, and paid training support your overall well-being and career development.

In this in-person role, you will represent OMNI Community Credit Union with the utmost professionalism, building lasting relationships with members and contributing to a team-centered culture.
