The Server/Bartender role at Arthouse Hotel New York City is a dynamic position pivotal to elevating the guest experience within the hotel's bar and dining areas. This hourly role demands meticulous attention to detail in setting up the bar space, expertly crafting and serving drinks in alignment with the hotel’s high standards, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and service integrity throughout shifts. The successful candidate will embody warmth, friendliness, and professionalism while delivering prompt and efficient service that meets the hospitality excellence Highgate Hotels is known for. This job requires adherence to all legal and company standards including state liquor laws, safety protocols, and guest satisfaction policies. Availability is expected Monday through Wednesday evenings, with situations that may extend to longer hours depending on operational needs.

Job Duties

  • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times

  • Break down bar after functions, storing supplies per hotel standards
