Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha and Micros
Basic math and cash handling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Customer-focused attitude with professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
experience with OpenTable is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and processing payments accurately
Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or similar positions is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment
