Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha and Micros
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Customer-focused attitude with professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
  • Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • experience with OpenTable is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
  • Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and processing payments accurately
  • Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or similar positions is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment
