Milan Laser Hair Removal employs a dedicated team focused on enhancing client experiences and driving sales growth. As a part-time Sales Receptionist based in the Madison (Central), WI location, you will play a vital role in the operational and sales success of the clinic. This role involves engaging with clients to build and maintain exceptional relationships, overseeing front desk and administrative duties such as answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, supporting medical staff in treatment room maintenance, and collaborating with the team to meet monthly sales targets. This position requires a dynamic individual enthusiastic about aesthetics, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. The employment status is part-time, approximately 19-21 hours per week, with a rotating schedule including weekdays and occasional Saturdays.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to use a computer and sales software
- Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business

Job Duties
- Engage with clients to enhance their satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Oversee front desk operations including answering calls and scheduling appointments

- Complete clinic operational tasks efficiently
- Assist clients to treatment rooms and clean treatment areas
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership
