The receptionist role at Tenfold Senior Living is crucial, serving as the welcoming face and voice of the community. As the point of first contact, the receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations, responding to inquiries with compassion, and supporting administrative functions. This role is part-time, specifically requiring availability on Saturday through Monday from 3 pm to 7 pm, perfect for those seeking flexible hours in a meaningful environment.
The receptionist is expected to handle various responsibilities, from answering phone calls and greeting visitors promptly and courteously to assisting residents with scheduling transportation, appointments, and other concierge services. Additionally, the position provides administrative support to key leaders within the organization, including the Executive Director, Business Office Manager, and Marketing Director. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience or interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- alignment with Tenfold core values curiosity creativity resilience compassion intention and contribution

Job Duties
- Manage the front desk including promptly and friendly answering all phone calls and greeting all visitors
