Job Duties
- Provide front desk coverage greeting residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls providing accurate information and routing calls to appropriate departments
- Assist residents and visitors with questions, directions, and general needs while maintaining high customer service
- Support clerical tasks including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining front desk organization
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring visitor access and following community procedures
