Program hours are scheduled Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 8:45 am and 3:25 pm to 6:30 pm, fitting neatly around school schedules.\n\nIn this role, the Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and joy of all participants by leading and supporting staff, maintaining compliance with licensing standards, and managing the documentation and operations at their program site. A key aspect of the role involves fostering a respectful and productive team environment through coaching and effective communication, ensuring that behavior policies and safety protocols are enforced consistently. The Program Manager will also engage with families, school partners, and peers to build strong relationships based on transparency and trust, responding to inquiries promptly and collaborating frequently with the Area Manager to align with program goals.\n\nDay-to-day responsibilities include monitoring student attendance with strict adherence to company policies, implementing activities that promote physical fitness and educational enrichment, and managing any risks to safety within the program environment.
