Job Requirements

  • Food handler certification required
  • Prior experience working as a line cook in an upscale scratch or high-volume kitchen preferred
  • Availability for day and night shifts preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work in person at the designated location
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure environments

  • Manage high-volume rush periods efficiently while maintaining swift ticket times and strict quality control
  • Build and organize a flawless mise en place to ensure seamless execution throughout evening services
  • Practice continuous clean-as-you-go protocols food safety guidelines and proper inventory rotation (FIFO)
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain kitchen organization and support
  • Follow all kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
  • Assist leadership in culinary tasks and station maintenance
