Contemporary Management Concepts, LLLP is a dedicated property management company known for offering comprehensive housing solutions that prioritize tenant satisfaction and community engagement. Specializing in the leasing and management of residential properties, the company emphasizes high standards of customer service, compliance with fair housing laws, and efficient property operations. With a strong commitment to fostering positive resident relations, Contemporary Management Concepts operates with integrity and professionalism, ensuring well-maintained living environments for all its residents.
The Leasing Consultant role at Contemporary Management Concepts is an integral position that supports the company's mission of providing exceptional housing experiences. This role involves leasing and pre-leasing apartments, actively engaging with prospective and current residents, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies. Leasing Consultants serve as the frontline representatives, greeting clients warmly, conducting apartment tours, and facilitating lease signings with professionalism and attention to detail. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to build trust and rapport with residents and prospects alike.
Additionally, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for ongoing resident relations, including follow-ups after maintenance work orders to ensure resident satisfaction. The role requires administrative capabilities such as preparing lease applications, managing credit reports and worksheets, processing deposits, and maintaining accurate lease documentation. Effective communication skills are essential, as the consultant handles email and telephone inquiries in a timely manner, contributes to package acceptance and distribution on behalf of residents, and ensures all requests are addressed according to company policy.
Physically, the position requires regular activity involving standing, walking, and the occasional use of stairs, alongside routine office equipment usage such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems. The role operates within standard business hours, and while accommodating continuing education efforts of employees, requires advance approval for any time off, which should not exceed 10 consecutive days.
Leasing Consultants must exhibit competencies including strong customer and client focus, stress management, composure, and thoroughness. These attributes are crucial for managing the dynamic nature of property leasing and resident interactions in a professional office environment. Contemporary Management Concepts fosters an inclusive workplace that adheres to Equal Opportunity Employment standards, promoting diversity without discrimination based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, veteran status, or other legally protected categories.
This job description reflects the essential responsibilities and requirements but is subject to change based on the evolving needs of the organization. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to support individuals with disabilities in performing their duties effectively. Employment decisions are grounded firmly on applicant qualifications and hiring criteria, ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process for all candidates.
