Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures
- Willingness to complete required training
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and procedures
- Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Maintain company-approved chemical and supply levels by ordering when low
- Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Perform routine equipment maintenance per company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and plan with the team
- Support operations by receiving and processing product, executing stockroom operations, and assisting omni channel fulfillment
- Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity and foster teamwork
- Exercise good judgment in decision making
- Demonstrate customer service mindset
- Meet or exceed individual goals
- Accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes
- Comply with company policies and safety standards
- Respond proactively to supervisor and manager directions
- Perform other assigned responsibilities
