In this role as a Store Cleaner and Operations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe store environment by performing daily cleaning tasks across all areas of the store. Your tasks will include cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles while adhering to Kohl's best practices for safety and cleanliness. You will utilize company-approved chemicals and equipment, ensuring all supplies are properly stored, rotated, and replenished as needed. The role involves completing required training for chemical usage, equipment handling, and maintenance routines. Additionally, this position requires supporting stockroom operations by receiving and processing products, assisting with omni-channel fulfillment, and using Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and coordinate with the store team effectively. You will also engage directly with customers, greeting them warmly and offering assistance with products and services.
