The IronPigs Housekeeping Staff position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of various areas within the ballpark, including restrooms, concourse, seating areas, Club Level, Dugout Suites, plazas, lawn, and elevators. This role is essential before, during, and after games and other ballpark events to ensure a hygienic and pleasant experience for all attendees. Housekeeping staff members perform a range of responsibilities including light lifting, bending, mopping, sweeping, trash pickup, disposal, and restroom restocking. The job requires individuals who can stand for extended periods, demonstrate good communication skills, work well within a team environment, and have a proactive approach to maintaining the facility’s standards.

This position is open for candidates who may not have prior experience, as training and on-the-job guidance are provided, making it a great entry-level opportunity for those interested in working in an exciting sports and event venue. Weekend availability, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays, is considered a plus to accommodate the schedule demands of game days and events. The role offers competitive starting pay beginning at $10.50 per hour, reflecting the organization’s commitment to fair compensation.
