- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive friendly service to enhance their dining experience
- Prepare food items efficiently following safety and quality standards including handling ingredients and cooking tasks
- Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with care
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote specials to maximize customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations and ensuring proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Assist with food safety practices including proper storage food handling and adherence to health regulations
- Support team members with basic kitchen tasks like food prep stocking supplies and ensuring quick service during busy hours
